The term ' Pilanky by Happy Jo Designs’ (herein after referred to as ‘Pilanky’) or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose trading name is Happy Jo Designs. Pilanky is a registered Trademark No. 1301869 for a period of ten years since 30 May 2009. The registered office is 6 Cabernet Court, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486 and company ABN number is 46 925 457 081. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

How To Order
There are a number of ways you can order Happy Jo Designs products:

When you find an item you would like to buy select the fabric option you would like and the quantity and then click the 'Add To Cart' button. When you are done, simply click on 'View Cart’, make any necessary changes and then proceed to ‘Checkout' where you will be guided through the checkout process.
Online at www.happyjodesigns.com.au
Email and phone: If you love shopping online but are not so keen on ordering online that's no problem. Simply send us an email or call us and tell us which items you would like to order. We will collect your delivery address and discuss payment options with you, which include credit card, Direct Debit, PayPal and cheque or money order. For your financial safety please do not include your credit card details with an email order as most email systems do not encrypt messages (turn them into gobbeldy gook that only the computer of the intended recipient can decipher) and therefore are not secure enough to guard against criminals intercepting your email to us and obtaining your credit card details. If you want to pay by credit card and order by email please either call us or provide your telephone number so we can ring you to organise the payment securely. Our details are:

Your Order Confirmation Email
Once you have placed an order you will be sent an order confirmation email. It is important that you check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors please email us immediately at enquiries@happyjodesigns.com.au. It should be noted that changes cannot be made once your order is placed.
If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Order Confirmation email. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Happy Jo Designs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Amendments to Orders
We cannot make additions or deletions to orders once they have been placed.
Order Refunds
All orders are non-refundable.
Product Availability
The availability of our products on-line is updated regularly and every attempt is made by us to ensure its accuracy. Sometimes however, items sell out between this time and when you have placed an order. If items are sold out or if there are any delays on delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Please note that stock availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional Emails
By placing an order with Happy Jo Designs you give us the authority to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, please reply to your order confirmation with the title 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.
PRICING
All prices are inclusive of 10% GST and are listed in Australian Dollars.
Happy Jo Designs reserves the right to adjust product and shipping prices on the web site at any time without notice.
PAYMENT FOR ORDERED GOODS
We only trade in Australian Dollars.
Online Payment Methods
We offer PayPal on this Pilanky website.
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account simply tick the PayPal option when asked how you want to pay for the goods you have ordered. You will be directed straight to PayPal's secure site to complete your payment.
If you would like to set up a PayPal account please refer to www.paypal.com.au. PayPal provides a secure third party banking account perfect for online shopping, payment can be made via a banking deposit, a credit card or accumulated PayPal account funds

In all instances, goods are only dispatched once full payment has been received.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Where we Deliver
Happy Jo Designs currently delivers within Australia and overseas.
Note: For overseas customers interested in purchasing items listed on our website please e-mail us with your order and we will do our best to fulfil your request. This will include confirming payments, shipping costs and relevant insurances.
How We Deliver
In most cases, orders are custom made for customers, therefore we aim to dispatch your order within 7-21 days of receipt. Happy Jo Designs will contact you by email to let you know when an order has been dispatched and provide an estimated delivery date. Any date quoted for delivery is an estimate only.
Goods will be delivered as regular post using Australia Post.
Cost of Shipping
Delivery charges (within Australia) will be at a flat rate of AUD$12.00 for all goods sent via Standard Australia Post Delivery.
The only exceptions to these charges may be if items are:
Extremely large (such as two or more products). If the actual cost of shipping exceeds our domestic flat rates we will contact you with a quote to ship the goods and will give you the option of continuing with the order and paying the additional shipping costs or cancelling the order
Requested by you, the customer, to be sent via registered post. This will incur an additional charge of $8.00 over our flat domestic Standard Australia Post Delivery Rate. For extra security Happy Jo Designs recommends you choose the registered post option, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. This option also enables your goods to be tracked and gives you the added assurance of having your goods insured for a value of up to $100.
Please note in some cases the correct shipping costs may not show at the checkout. Happy Jo Desgins will contact you to advise if there is any change to your shipping costs. In this case you will be asked to accept the charge before we ship your order. You may also cancel your order if you wish not to accept the shipping charge.
Urgent Deliveries
If you need your goods urgently please contact us so we can arrange for your goods to be sent via Express Post or to be couriered to you. We will advise you of the cost of shipping and recommended insurances (if applicable) in these instances before dispatching your goods.
Pick up from Happy Jo Designs
This option is available to customers who live close to Happy Jo Designs in Tweed Heads, NSW. Please contact us to pre-arrange a pick up time. Alternatively, products can be picked up from the markets listed on About Us page of this website.
Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels
In the instance where an incorrect address is provided or a parcel has been returned to Happy Jo Designs as undeliverable, an extra charge of $12.00 will apply.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER & FURTHER IDENTIFICATION
As a Customer of Happy Jo Designs, you must provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself at all times.
We reserve the right to request further identification if required and to cancel orders when further identification is requested, but not received or found to be unsatisfactory.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Happy Jo Designs is committed to providing high quality custom made products at all times.
As the Pilanky is dispatched with your child’s name on it and each product is custom made to order, all products are not able to be returned or exchanged.
If you are unhappy about a particular product, please contact us on enquiries@happyjodesigns.com.au.
If you change your mind after submitting an order please contact us as soon as possible by telephone (0416 009 089) or email (enquiries@happyjodesigns.com.au) so we can cancel your order.
Packages Damaged in Transit
Happy Jo Designs takes great care when packaging your order and have never had our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note Happy Jo Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. It is advisable to opt for the registered post option when ordering products so that your parcels can be tracked and are automatically insured for a value of up to $100.
REFUSAL TO SUPPLY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS
Happy Jo Designs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Happy Jo Designs believes violates any of its terms and conditions.
LIABILITY
Happy Jo Designs shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any other person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Products, other than expressly imposed by statute in terms of which it is not possible to limit or exclude liability.
DISCLAIMER
The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Happy Jo Designs and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
