Can I choose my accessories?
No, the purchase price includes all of the above accessories and the colours of the Handtowels and Face washers will vary to match the fabric selected.
What fabric choices do you offer?
See Our Fabrics section of this website.
All colour combinations can be chosen online and in the Pilanky, colours are matched for sheet and blanket to your desired exterior fabric.
There are additional fabrics available at the markets listed on About Us section of this website.
Is the pillow included with the pillow case?
Yes the pillow is included which is a 100% polyester pillow or you can order the cover only.
Can I supply my own fabric if I don’t like the fabric selection?
Yes you can supply your own fabric for the Portable Nappy Change Bag and exterior of the Pillanky. Please contact us for further details.
What is the size of the PILANKY®?
The PILANKY® folded up into the bag is approximately 54cm wide and 38cm high. When folded out the length of the bed is approximately 145cm long.
What is the size of the Portable Nappy Change Bag?
When folded into the bag it’s approximately 42cm wide and 36cm high.
What is the size of the Rainbow Feeding Pillow?
The pillow dimensions are 80cm by 65cm.
What Payment options do you provide?
Payment can be made by PAYPAL, direct deposit, personal cheque, money order or credit card over the phone. Once payment is received, your product will be sent within 7-21 days.
What are the recommended Washing Instructions?
All products can be either hand washed or machine washed in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not Dry Clean. Warm iron.
For the PILANKY® we advise washing the polar fleece blanket unattached from the mattress.
For the Polyester Pillow, we recommend a gentle wash.
How quickly can you deliver?
Delivery is within 7-21 days of receiving payment for your order. If you require your order urgently please specify on the order and you will be notified by email if this deadline can be met.
